- Oscar Libed is a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E) with the State of Hawaii. He graduated from the University of Hawaii with an Electrical Engineering BS degree and has an MBA degree from Chaminade University.
- He has led and managed teams of Project and Construction Managers on various construction projects in the Telecommunications Industry.
- Member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers).
- He is a Certified Residential Thermographer (CRT) and an expert in Infrared Technology.
- Associate member of Honolulu Board of Realtors (HBR) and Environmental Data Resources (EDR)
- As a hobby, Oscar enjoys aerial photography of Real Estate Properties.
- Inspect Hawaii, LLC. is fully insured with General Liability and Errors and Omissions coverage.

We've never used Inspect Hawaii before, however with our scheduling and need for someone who could use infrared and drone technology given the unique nature of the property.
