Our inspections cover all major systems and components of the home and include the use of a state-of-the-art thermal imaging camera that can detect potentially hidden moisture and electrical problems at no additional charge.
We understand that timing is critical in the home buying or selling process, and we are committed to delivering our electronic reports on the same day and all reports include color photos of pertinent home components.
Also included is an Environmental Report compiled by Environmental Data Resources (EDR) which compares the property address against government databases of known and potential environmental contamination sites.
Our Pre-listing “Click and Scan” inspection is a home inspection for the Seller. We provide pictures (“Click”) of the major problem areas and an infrared camera “Scan” of potential moisture and electrical areas of concern.
This is not a full home inspection service with a written report, but it will uncover the major problem areas that a typical home inspection will uncover. This gives the Seller the option to consider a repair or at least use this information to minimize any last-minute “surprises” by the Buyer’s home inspection.
The inspection includes pictures with captions of the areas of concern and aerial pictures of the home which the Seller may use to market the home and gain a different perspective of the home.
We provide interdisciplinary consulting services for all fields of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural) and Telecommunications Engineering. We act as the agent for the client in defining scope-of-work, vendor negotiation and review of competitive proposals, and conduct quality audits of project milestones.
The TEAM (Technical Experts and Management) approach allows specialists to assist us in the commercial inspection process by providing expertise in relevant areas. Inspect Hawaii will manage the team and produce a comprehensive report on all components of the commercial property.
